Volleyball Coach Troy Michael Bernard Charged for Having Sex with a Teenage Student
In Minnesota, Montgomery Middle School teacher Troy Michael Bernard, 35, was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct for having sex with a 15-year-old student.
Bernard began his sexual relationship with the student last summer when she was 14. He was her volleyball coach at the time. Bernard taught fifth grade and coached girls’ track and volleyball.
The girl’s mother told police that she’d discovered the relationship when she checked her daughter’s cell phone and found text messages between the girl and Bernard. She then confronted Bernard, who admitted that he’d had sex with the girl.
Police had the mom call to Bernard so they could listen in. In that call Bernard said he hadn’t seen the teen since her mom confronted him. He also said he didn’t know how many times they’d had sex and admitted he didn’t always use a condom.
The sheriff’s office is investigating whether there might be other victims. If convicted, Bernard could face up to 30 years in prison.

Man. It’s one kind of idiocy to sex up a student/child it’s a whole OTHER bunch of stooopid to admit it when the child’s parent calls and asks about it.
Regardless, YAY stooopid perverts; it makes it easier to get them out of our schools.
