Teacher Akela Dillon Slaps a Black Student for Dating a White One
Here’s a story about a teacher literally putting the smackdown on a student. In Naperville, Illinois, at Neuqua Valley High School, teacher Akela Dillion, 26, was put on administrative leave following allegations that she slapped a student.
Tiffany Stephens, whose son was smacked by Dillon, said she received a call from school administrators that her son struck Dillion. However, after talking with her son and reviewing a video tape of the incident, it was obvious that Dillion attacked the boy.
Stephens said her son told her he was standing at a row of lockers when Dillion approached him. Her son, who is black, said the teacher made derogatory remarks about him dating a white girl. Then she swung at the student twice, missing him the first time and hitting him the second time. The Naperville Police Department is investigating the incident and battery charges are pending.
If you read about Dillon’s checkered past including charges of aggravated battery, an arrest for retail theft, and a charge for possession of cannabis and resisting a police officer you wonder how this woman got hired. School district officials said in a statement that Dillon’s criminal history records check revealed nothing that would disqualify her from teaching in their district.
Geez, I wonder how bad your criminal record has to be not to get hired.

background checks should be made on all this idiots that target kids especially these priests and these male teachers who target little boys and all these sexual predators on dateline that were teachers and firemen and worked for homeland security.

You all got it wrong. I was there. It was 10 of us all standing around the lockers during lunchtime joking. Ms. Dillon was supervising us. Ken Stephens started talking about Ms. D and she told him to cool it. He wanted to show off in front of his friends so he kept on disrespecting her but this time he got in her face and she shoved him back. She didnt slap him. She then took him to the Deans office to get him suspended. He knows he cant play football if he does, so he turned it around on her and made up these allegations. The people that were there really know what happened including Ken. He is a liar and its a shame that we lost the only Black teacher Neuqua ever had!
