Middle School Teacher Kelly C. Spaich Pleads Guilty to Having Sex with a Student

Kelly_Spaich.jpgRoseville, CA Silverado Middle School teacher Kelly C. Spaich, 28, pleaded guilty to charges of having unlawful sex with and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Her sexual relationship with a sixteen-year-old male student continued over a period of seven months.

Spaich was sentenced to 400 hours of community service, four years probation, and four months in jail. Spaich can apply for alternative sentencing, such as electronic monitoring, to avoid serving jail time. But she can no longer work as a teacher.

On top of that, she will not be required to register as a sex offender - and her husband is pissed!

Jon Spaich told a local news station that he was the one who turned her into police. (The Spaiches have a 13-month-old daughter and are getting a divorce.)

He told reporters that his wife has no remorse about how she hurt her victim, the victim’s family or her own family. He’s also mad that she got a light sentence - and I agree with him!

Here we have another story of a young, pretty, blond teacher getting little to potentially no jail time for sexually assaulting a young man. If she was ugly or a man, she’d be in prison for years. I’m shocked that she won’t have to register as a sex offender.

Geez, even Carrie McCandless - who also got a ridiculously light sentence - had to register.

    Yeah I’d say her husband is pissed….but if she were my wife….I would seek to know exactly why she did what she did….and what MY ROLE as her freakin’ husband is in what I could do to help keep her on a leash. Communication. Wow….what a concept. We men are weak in this area…hey I understand…I constantly have to work on it with my girlfriends myself.
    Some women are disturbed and trouble, and will runaround on you no matter what, I’ve dated chics like this as well, but is it because they are just horny or disturbed? Find out. Horny is actualy easier to deal with than disturbed. If she’s just horny….work with her….be flexible….but if she is disturbed….cut her loose.
