Marshalls Arrest Fugitive Teacher Andrew L. Foster for Having Sex with Two Students - One is Pregnant
In Immokee, Florida, U.S. Marshalls arrested drama teacher, Andrew L. Foster, 27, after a two week manhunt. He’d been on the run from Boynton Beach (Florida) and school board police for more than two weeks after being charged with having sex with two 17-year-old Santaluces High School students, one of whom became pregnant.
Foster was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on charges of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, child abuse, transmission of harmful material to minors and transmission of pornography by electronic device for sending sexually explicit photos and videos over his cell phone to the two girls.
Gag.
Police said he had sex with the students at school and at his apartment. After he got one of the girls pregnant, he took her to have an abortion. He paid $400 and the girl paid $100. Wow, how generous. Maybe he should have had the decency to use a condom. Geez.
Foster taught two years at Washington High School in South Bend, Indiana. There were rumors of inappropriate conduct, but school officials investigated and found no evidence that Foster acted inappropriately.
He’s considered a flight risk. Supposedly he told one of the girls that if anything bad happened to him, he could always start his life over in England or Puerto Rico. He also has been ordered not to have contact with his victims
Glad they nabbed this guy. To me he sounds like a serial sexual predator of young teenage girls.
