In Washington state, Richland High School music teacher Allen Eve, 58, was arrested on three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor in the first degree, communication with a minor for immoral purposes, and assault in the fourth degree with sexual motivation.
Seems that he was using the band room as his personal Playboy Mansion to have sex or sexually harass three teenage girls.
In Washington state, former middle school teacher teacher Vern E. Heizer, 50, was staking and violating a protection order. Heizer was arrested earlier this year on felony charges of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes, rape of a child (second and third degree) and child molestation.
After Heizer made bail, police received reports that Heizer was stalking his victim and appearing around the child’s home and at their school.
Bail was set at only $100,000. Let’s hope he can’t make that or the judge is persuaded to post an even higher amount. If you let this guy out, chances are he’ll be stalking his victim again.
In Tacoma, Washington, Jennifer Leigh Rice, 31, was charged with kidnapping and raping a 10-year-old male McKinley Elementary School student. Rice pleaded not guilty to one count of first-degree kidnapping with sexual motivation.
