Caretaker Crystal Marie Bashford Arrested for Having Sex with 14-Year-Old Student
In Port Charlotte, Florida, Crystal Maria Bashford, 21, was arrested for having sex with a 14-year-old boy. Bashford has been charged with one count of lewd or lascivious battery.
Bashford is a “caretaker” at the Palm Christian Academy, a Chrisitian elementary school. The boy was not a student at the school.
Police say that the boy and Bashford were friends and had sex one time in November 2006 when he was 14 and Bashford was 20. The teen said Bashford invited him to her house to stay the night. He claims they were in her master bedroom, watching television, when she started to talk about having sex.
The boy confided in an employee at the George Mullen Center, a public recreation center North Port, Florida. The employee contacted the Department of Children and Families, which then contacted North Port Police.
The Palm Christian Academy is a school for children from prekindergarten to five-years old, and has a daycare program. Bashford is a “caretaker” at the school, so I assume she works in the daycare facility or is a teacher’s aid in the pre-K or kindergarten program. Needless to say they’re surprised by her arrest. Who wouldn’t be?
Bashford was released from the county jail on $2,500 bail.
Now I know there are some 14-year-olds who look like they could be in their 20s. But honestly, why can’t women show a little common sense? Don’t have sex with underage boys because not only is it wrong, but they will talk! If they don’t brag to friends, they’ll probably tell a parent or trusted adult. Duh!

Yeah good point there….whomever you are who wrote this….not safe anymore for women over 20 to have sex with men under 20….for the reasons acribed above. But…..women are risking it and doing it anyway. And everyone (including me ) is morbidly facinated by it.
The way she seduced him was a rather popular technique that women used to seduce me when I was 14. Not that women need to go to any great effort to seduce a walking, talking hard on but….it is interesting to see a woman lust after someone in a solid way none-the-less…..since it is so rare occurence in our society.

Oh Ann-Marie wrote this….oops….sorry for not recognizing your stuff….should-have-known…..anyway….you made some good points here about chics over 20 lusting after men under 18….but the questions still festers….why?…..Why do they do it?
